Robert Offley - President and CEO Robert Offley is responsible for leading the company's global operations and expansion strategy. Robert has a proven track record of growth and operations excellence in the international IT arena and success in a number of start-up and turnaround situations in both North America and Europe. Most recently, Robert was President & CEO of Fusepoint Managed Services, a leading provider of Managed IT Solutions. Fusepoint Managed Services quickly expanded from Vancouver to a national Canadian provider with sustained 170% year-on-year growth. Prior to Fusepoint, Robert was the President and CEO of PSINet Canada, under his direction PSINet Canada became the leading provider of Hosting services in the country. Robert has held a variety of senior management roles in high growth companies in the UK and continental Europe. Robert holds a B.Eng. Electronic Engineering with first class Honors from Birmingham University in England. Gary Johnson - Vice President, Sales and Marketing Gary is responsible for Bayly's global sales and marketing efforts, and leads the team that generates new client relationships, as well as the management of Bayly's extensive roster of key accounts. Gary's extensive experience in product management, marketing and sales leadership was earned through executive positions at leading international firms including Schlumberger, Philips and Avnet. His background in international business includes postings in Europe and West Africa and the management of client relationships across five continents. Gary holds degrees in Electrical Engineering (telecommunications) and an MBA from Queen's University. He has been a member of Bayly's executive team since 1998. Graham Clarkson - Vice President, Engineering Graham is responsible for product planning and development, technical services, and is Bayly's lead technical resource for key client solution architectures. Graham draws on his background as an Applications Engineer and his world-wide travel working with customers to bring cost-effective products to market that are ruggedly reliable, simple to install and configure. Graham obtained his Engineering Technology diploma from Durham College, and became a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET). Graham joined Bayly in 1981 as an Applications Engineer, and has held several positions in the Applications and Design Engineering areas. Sue Prentice - Production Manager Sue is responsible for the production, testing and shipping of all Bayly products. Sue brought to BCI the seven years of experience she gained at Teltone as she advanced through various positions including Test Technologist, Supervisor of Manufacturing and Operations Manager. Sue graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology with a diploma in Electronic Computer Technology. Sue joined BCI in 1990 as Production / T/test Manager. Barbara R. Kulik - Purchasing Manager Barbara is responsible for all of Bayly's purchasing requirements through a global network of suppliers and agents. Barbara began her career at Hymatic Controls Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of hydraulic power units and controls, and held various positions in inventory control and procurement. In 1984 she joined AEG Bayly Inc. where she held various positions in the field of materials management. In 1988 Barbara assumed the position of Purchasing Manager at Chart Industries Ltd., a manufacturer of hydraulic autobody and collision repair equipment. In 1990, she joined Bayly Communications Inc. as Purchasing Manager. Barbara is a member of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. |
